Mia Zur-Szpiro, (Zipporah), is an Editor and Head of Film for the UK music platform, Stamp The Wax. Mia unearths cutting-edge musical talents and scenes from all around the world, with her unique films and features. From Nairobi hip-hop, Vancouver house, Melbourne soul, Bristolian Dub, Japanese Jazz, Israeli techno and more, there is no sound and place Mia isn't interested in. Originally from London, Mia is now based in Tel Aviv, where she is working closely with local talents and diving into the Middle East's music scene; as heard in her regular radio shows for Stamp The Wax. Mia is currently working on several documentaries and is building a new project, which creates better opportunities for girls and women in music, in this unique part of the world.
