TAPESWITHOUTCASES - SETBLOCK NR. 2

Text
You will find Tapeswithoutcases at concerts, dancing even when forced to sit on a chair. Looking for new music/bands to see live is her favorite activity and she’s curious about support bands too. Sometimes it may happen to see The Eels supporting for Faith No More, for example, as in 1997. Moving between Switzerland and Italy allows her to attend concerts in different locations and get in touch with multiple realities, especially from the independent music scene. She is addicted to making playlists and tries to fuse different songs together, following a mood or a theme. She used to do it on music cassettes, by first recording from the radio to a tape and then pasting the preferred songs to a second tape. She also used to spend a lot of time making nice cases and write down all artists and titles, but they got often lost somehow in the car, in the schoolbag or at home… This can’t happen anymore now but sometimes she misses those times. Not professional but extremely willing to share music with you, Tapeswithoutcases hopes to make you enjoy the music she likes and rise your curiosity toward new stuff. Alle 4 Wochen montags von 19-20.00 Uhr.

ZUM MIX: This new setblock is a soft and dreamy one, especially in its beginning, with dream-pop songs by Washed Out, Youth Lagoon and Mutual Benefit. Then with time it turns into something more psychedelic, with Pinkunoizu, Pond and Tame Impala closing it. You will progressively loose weight and find yourself floating in space.
